Dear Parents:
We have tried very hard to accommodate everyone’s schedule. However, when two different people in the same class want two different recitals, it is impossible. The same thing happened in combination classes. Level A wanted one recital and Level B the other. It is also not possible for comprehensive students to have all their dances in one recital. Five dances in one recital is very tiring physically on young children, not to mention the stress of costume changes.
Many parents are concerned about Mother’s day. Marshall graduation is the following weekend along with many graduation parties. April was full with spring break, snowstorms, makeup classes and parent visitation. Experience has taught us that it is hopeless to get anything accomplished after graduation. The 2nd weekend in May is the only option. Many other organizations have the same problem as we are trying to work around piano recitals, athletic events, church services and confirmation. I’m sorry for the inconvenience but April and May are very busy months. Thank you again for your continued support and patience.
